We had a wonderful stay her to celebrate my partner ‘s birthday celebrations.Check in was great they made us feel very welcome we were offered a drink of either a smoothie or water a nice touch. Nothing was too much for the staff on reception they were great.We called reception twice and they picked up after no more than 2 rings..great.Reception sent up 2 glasses of Prosecco to celebrate my partners birthday which was a lovely touch. Our suite was fantastic like an apartment separate lounge, huge bedroom and bathroom with a separate shower with spa bath.We also had a separate toilet very convenient and a complimentary bar wonderful.The location was perfect turn left out of the front door for a ten minute walk into the city centre or left for a lovely walk along the lake shore. I would highly recommend this hotel.

Very neat and clean room

Heel net hotel, voldoet op elk vlak aan je verwachtingen. Het personeel maakt echt het verschil!!!
